HOLLYSHORTS TAKES OVER NYC WITH SPECIAL SCREENING EVENT
AT MADE IN NY MEDIA CENTER BY IFP
HollyShorts Film Festival (HSFF) is taking over New York. The festival returns to the city for a special installment of it’s famed Monthly Screenings on Friday, May 16, 2014 at the beautiful Made in New York Media Center by IFP in Brooklyn, NY.
The Made in NY Media Center by IFP is a 20,000 square-foot facility located in DUMBO and is where storytellers from multiple disciplines, industries and platforms create, collaborate and connect across a spectrum of programs, events and experiences.

Screening starts 7:00pm
The screening celebration kicks off at 7pm and will be followed by a filmmakers reception in the café. Get ready for an eclectic mix of high quality short films from HollyShorts alumni and next gen filmmakers. The event will feature the HollyShorts world famous raffle and special prizes. This special screening comes on the heels of the festivals ramped up domestic monthly screening celebrations. HollyShorts has launched monthly short film events in 2014 in Los Angeles, Austin, and Miami all in preparation for it’s annual super festival and film conference, which will be held August 14-23 at the TCL Chinese Theater and Roosevelt Hotel.
