The Visionary Award, honoring outstanding achievement in directing, will be presented to Jared Hess, whose filmography includes the cult classic Napoleon Dynamite, the comedy Nacho Libre, and this summer’s fantasy blockbuster A Minecraft Movie starring Jason Momoa and Jack Black.
