HOLLYSHORTS COMEDY FILM FESTIVAL ANNOUNCES 10TH ANNUAL WINNERS
Los Angeles May 4, 2026 — The 10th annual HollyShorts Comedy Film Festival (HSCFF) came to a close this evening with a special Awards Ceremony unveiling the winners from Festival
at LOOK Cinemas Glendale. The festival screenings were held May 2 and 3 at LOOK following the opening night celebration at Fabric Media Studios in Los Angeles.
The Best of Fest Award went to Doctor Death Grip Directed By: Amber Schaefer. The film will automatically screen at the 22nd annual HollyShorts Film Festival this coming August. Schaefer also received a coloring prize courtesy of Color Space Finishing. The inaugural HollyShorts and IMGN Film Fund Pitch competition winners took home a total of $3,000 cash prizes to fund their next project, with Selyna Warren’s STEP-FRIEND taking home second place and Raechel Zarzynski DEADLY DELIVERY winning first place in the contest.
HollyShorts Comedy has emerged as the premiere destination for Comedy film fans, next generation storytellers, and lovers of funny shorts. 91 films screened in competition.
The 11th edition of the HollyShorts Comedy Film Festival will take place April 30-May 2, 2027.
